One of the many questions we've been asked over the last month is the origin of the company and how the name of the company was formed. In today's blog post, I'd like to introduce you to Az Kad... our head chef and give you some insight into his background.
"Osko" is Az Kad's chef name (who'd have known!), and the origins of the name go back over a decade to when Az first started in the food industry.
The focus of the company has been to let Osko and his chef's to create, innovate and curate new desserts and therefore, the team around him are his Butlers.
The concept of a dessert club had been in the pipeline since 2015, but it wasn't until the beginning of 2017 that both the co-founders finally put a rubber stamp on the dream and decided to make it a reality.
The idea of being able to create different desserts and pastries for members of the tasting club was the perfect way for Osko and his team to be able to innovate, and six months later, in July 2017, the new company opened its doors to the public.
