We'll endevour to work with you to understand why and see what our options are. As we sell food perishables, we do not want you to return any items to us.
In the unlikely event that you have not received your goods due to an issue with our ability to get the product to you, or if it's later than 7 days than the agreed date, we will issue a full refund for the cost of your purchase. However, if there are any other circumstances, refunds will be discretionary and may be full or partial if agreed.
